Stle Diary: Fringing

Below is an outfit I wore on holidays in Portugal quite recently with family and friends. The skirt is from Zara and I instantly fell in love when I spotted it in store. It reminded me of a camel version worn by Olivia Palermo last year that I was completely obsessed with. I paired it with a simple vest top that has a lovely satin finish to it. I love to mix and play with textures when an outfit is all black so this top complemented the suede fabric perfectly. Then I went with my very simple pointy toe black heels to give a little extra length to the legs which in my opinion is crucial when wearing a mid length skirt. Then in terms of accessories I opted for this quite tribal silver parfois necklace. All in all a really fun and easy outfit to wear as the skirt and fringing are ideal for spinning around and dancing the night away in!I also plan to pull this skirt out again for festivals and will style it with a vintage band tshirt and leather boots to rock it up a little.
