Style Diary: Suede Situations

Todays style diary features an outfit I wore yesterday pottering around a gloriously sunny Dublin. I visited my Granny and her awesome  house in Castleknock in the evening and couldn’t help but notice my seventies inspired outfit tied in rather well  with the retro decor of my favourite room in the house!! This is a room I have such fond memories playing in when visiting as a child. The numerous trinkets and treasures along with the leopard skin authentic rug brought home as a gift from Africa and the in house bar (yes an actual bar) was a a dream for a child with such an active imagination as mine used to be (and still is if i’m quite honest)!!

The suede waistcoat is the key piece to my look and I decided as usual to keep the rest of my outfit quite simple and tonal. I can see myself getting a huge amount of wear out of this piece over the summer as it will be perfect for festivals or to add a hint of seventies fun to a simple white dress and gladiator sandals.

Until next time,
